How to create a photo album?
Add a Collaboration System to the site from the New Content tab
Make sure you are in admin mode. On the left you see a grey panel with a least two tabs: admin console and new content. Select the new content tab and click on the collaboration system to add it to your site.
Name you photo-album
Make up a name for you photo-album. You can leave the menu title and url empty if you like, WebGUI can think of a name for you.
Make sure you allow attachments
What's a photo-album without photo's? It's like a website without WebGUI. So make sure you allow at least one attachment per post on the bottom of the page.
Select the correct templates
Go back to the top of the page and click on the display tab. Now you see a second form where you determine what this collaboration system will look like. On the bottom you see the Collaboration System template. This is the main template of the Collaboration System. Here you select 'Photo Album'.
Save the CS
Hit save. You will return to the site. If your system is not configured to auto-commit, you have to publish your changes before you can start adding pictures.
Commit your version tag
On the left, you will have an extra tab in the panel. If you activate this tab, you will see your version-tag, indicated by an astrisk, and the option to commit this version. Do so.
Go back to the site
After publishing your changes and optional comments. You will see the option 'back to the site' on the right of the page.
Add a picture to the Photo-album
After committing your version, you will see that a button 'add' has appeared on your CS.
Add an image and some text
Hit the add button, describe your picture and browse your harddisk to select an image to upload.
